Adrienne L. Isacoff

Adrienne L. Isacoff, Partner and Chair of the Firm’s Public Contracting Group, has extensive experience focusing on public, commercial and high-end residential construction contracts, public contracting and procurement, and alternative dispute resolution.

Her legal services include contract drafting, preparation and review of bid and procurement documents, and handling lien, bond, delay and consumer fraud claims. She has served as Legal Counsel to the Utility & Transportation Contractors Association of NJ, offering guidance and litigation support to the Association and members of the public contracting industry.

Adrienne has been a member of the Panel of Neutrals of the American Arbitration Association since 2006, specializing in construction and consumer fraud disputes. She has been selected by the AAA to be a member of its Master Mediator Panel for large construction disputes. She also offers her mediation services to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey through official appointment, as well as through private engagements.

She has previously served as Co-Chair of the NJSBA Construction Law Section and the Bergen County Bar Association Construction Law Committee. Her community service included serving an eight-year tenure as a member of the Planning Board in the Borough of Closter.

Adrienne has authored numerous articles and is frequently invited to present Continuing Legal Education seminars on construction law, public procurement and alternate dispute resolution.

Adrienne was honored as a Charter Fellow of the Construction Lawyer’s Society of America, and has been annually named as a selectee by SuperLawyers* (Thomas Reuters) since 2018 in the field of alternate dispute resolution.
