Brendan Devaney, an Associate in the firm’s Education Law and Municipal Law Practice Groups, adeptly handles a wide range of legal matters, including general education law, labor and employment, discipline, harassment, governance, OPRA, litigation, land development, and public contracting.

Before joining the firm, Brendan served as an Associate at two law firms in Connecticut and New Jersey, where he gained experience in Estate Planning, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, and Land Use and Zoning. Additionally, he managed the Legal Analyst department at a New York City law firm, overseeing complex litigation and shareholder investigations.

Brendan holds degrees from Monmouth University and the University of Connecticut School of Law and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Connecticut.
