Jay Jung is an Associate with the firm, focusing his legal practice on representing both public and private sector clients in a wide range of legal matters, including labor and employment, real estate, civil litigation, and transactional work.

Prior to joining the firm, Jay served as in-house counsel for an international specialty grocery chain, gaining invaluable experience with commercial contracts, real estate matters, and regulatory compliance. He also worked as an associate with a focus on real estate transactions.

Jay earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and holds a master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
