Jeremy C. Washington, an Associate with the firm, specializes in litigation matters, with experience spanning a wide range of legal areas, including civil litigation, discrimination claims, Title 59 claims, mental health law claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as negligence and disability claims.

Before joining the firm, Jeremy practiced as a civil litigator at a Hudson County law firm, focusing on premises liability, Title 59 claims, and personal injury litigation. His prior roles as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender and a Law Clerk to the Honorable Verna G. Leath, J.S.C. (Ret.), in Essex County, sharpened his analytical and litigation skills early in his career.

Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University Delaware Law School. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
